Dad's Talk
This course has been developed for fathers and equip men to be God’s representatives in authority, identity, security and validation within the family structure.
We want to restore fatherhood in a fatherless generation. Since the family is the cornerstone of society, the solution for societal transformation should start there. For this to happen, fathers should first find healing for their own father and mother wounds, then step into their designed roles in manhood and fatherhood.
Fathers are trained in understanding the essence of holistic development and how each year of a child’s development reveals the need for new investments into his/her life. Once that groundwork is laid, the fathers are trained in the four primary roles of emotional security and to affirm potential. By the completion of the training, the fathers who engaged in the training should be well equipped to know exactly how to father children, as well as being empowered to be better leaders in general.”

The Mother's Design
The Mother’s Design
This training complements The World Needs a Father training and Dad’s Talk, that focus on Fathers and men.
The Mother’s Design is for Mothers, or women that wish to better their family relationships and help develop their children to the potential God installed in them. It is about creating a harmonious home atmosphere – bringing heaven into your home.
The Mother’s design’s focus is on changing culture and not only to give you additional information on parenting. The challenge is to change your way of living – for you to adopt a new family culture. The dream is that you will LIVE a new family culture, encourage others to do so, and in so doing, change the family culture of your church, community, and nation.

Better Man
Better Man is a holistic course designed for men to receive healing from past issues and grow into being the man God originally designed him to be. A real man courageously follows God’s Word, loves and protects God’s Woman, excels at God’s work and betters God’s world with his family.
Marriage Preparation
Getting married? We believe that marriage is God's design for family and that strong marriages and healthy families are the foundation of society. Through our marriage preparation course, we build strong foundations of love, honour, respect and oneness. We teach on different areas in marriage and relationships like communication, finances, intimacy etc. It is essential for all couples who are planning to get married, to do this to equip them for a strong and healthy marriage.
Hearing God’s Voice
Hearing God's Voice is training for every believer who wants to grow in their personal relationship with God. It is a practical course that will teach you to hear God in different ways and to communicate better with God.
Releasing Kingdom Authority
Releasing Kingdom Authority is a practical course designed for believers who want to know more about their authority as a believer. We will also focus on prayer, intercession, prophetic acts, worship, as well as spiritual warfare.
One 2 One
One 2 One is a small group discussion and discipleship group to help lay Biblical foundations in the lives of believers. Topics include God; Separation and Salvation; Lordship; Water Baptism; Baptism in the Holy Spirit; Grace; Faith; Repentance; Forgiveness; The Bible and Prayer; The Church and Spiritual Warfare.
Elijah House
Elijah House started as a dream given by our Heavenly Father to John & Paula Sandford with Holy Spirit Prayer & Inner Healing School of Ministry. Mal 4:5-6....see I will send the Prophet Elijah ....to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the children to the fathers....
This course will provide students with a clear view of Christ-centered inner healing, a means towards sanctification and transformation as laid out in Scripture. We provide a safe setting and the opportunity to experience personal healing through small group ministry to prepare students for ministry to others. We learn to teach, model and share God's unconditional love through healing in relationships. We aim to unlock hearts with keys of knowledge which brings healing, repentance, reconciliation and inner transformation to the "unbelieving areas of the believers heart".
Divorce Care
Divorce Care is a safe place where caring people come alongside you as you find healing from the pain of separation or divorce. In this video-based support group, you’ll find helpful counsel to manage the emotional turmoil and practical tools to help with decision-making. The facilitators at Divorce Care have compassion for what you are facing and what you’re struggling with. During the first 30 minutes of the meeting, your group will watch a video featuring respected experts on divorce and recovery subjects. Their insights will equip you to manage your stress and answer your questions. After the video, your group will discuss what was presented in the video and how to apply it to your life. Your participant guide will give you tips, timely articles, and tools for personal growth and managing stress and emotions in connection with financial, legal, relational, personal health, and parenting decisions.
Grief Share
The Grief Share support group is a safe, welcoming place where the facilitators understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability and gain solid support each step of the way. At Grief Share you’ll receive valuable guidance and tips, leading you to relief, comfort, and peace of mind. Each week, the Grief Share group begins with a 30-minute video featuring respected experts on grief-related topics and helpful stories from people who have experienced loss. Their insights will help you manage your emotions, gain clarity, and find answers to your questions as you walk through the grief process. After the video, you and the other group members will spend time discussing what was presented in the video and what you are experiencing in your lives. Talking with other people who understand what you’re experiencing, brings great comfort, normalizes the grief experience, and offers a supportive environment to work through your grief. Your participant guide serves as a road map on your grief journey. It will help you process your emotions and experiences and cope with the loss. You’ll apply what you’ve heard in the group and gain tools to deal with complicated grief.
Victim 2 Victor - Level 1
Victim 2 Victor Workshop is built on the foundation laid by Dads Talk and The Mother Design Workshops. Family is God’s design. Parents were created with a specific role to play in the upbringing and forming of their children. The workshop is an intentional and comprehensive exploration of the structure and impact of father - and mother - wounds in the lives of men and women, facilitated in a safe and controlled environment.
It is to take an abstract problem (father wound) and make it concrete and measurable to gauge the healing process and personal growth over any given period. The workshop helps individuals to deal with issues of the past and find a way to move forward to live victorious lives. It provides tools and support needed to overcome father and mother wounds and achieve personal growth and success. We also recognise the importance of restoring the image of God as a Father in your life. Our practical tools and biblical principles will help you discover your true identity and value as a child of God. Don't let your past define your future. Victim 2 Victor - Level 2
Victim 2 Victor Level 2 Workshop is built on the foundation laid by Dads Talk and The Mother Design Workshops. There is a level 1 and 2 training. Completion of Level 1 is compulsory to start the Level 2 Workshop. Level 2 focuses on training facilitators who will help support and lead small groups during a level 1 training. Level 2 focus on the understanding of someone else’s wounds and pain; and it provides a basic tool to demonstrate how to create a safe environment to help the individual tell their story. Skills are also discussed on how to encourage individuals to become comfortable with their story and encourage them to work through “stumbling blocks” they experience. V2V was developed with the purpose to make it accessible to everyone. Everyone who therefore completes this training is encouraged to share this content helping others around them still in pain without asking or expecting financial renumeration. Freely we received, therefore freely give. Each trainer can adjust the content of the course to fit their context and culture of training.
